Our goal is to make you another happy and satisfied SharAmbrosia customer. Below is a list of ways that we intend to do so, along with a few of our agreements with you regarding the use of our products, services and this web site. Thank you for taking the time to read these important statements.

Shipping & Handling

We ship USPS to addresses in the Continental United States. At this time we do not ship outside of this area. We charge a straight 10% shipping fee for all items being shipped. This fee is not imposed on downloads, premium domains or internet services. We also add a $2 handling fee to the total order. This includes everything bought on this site.

Opening your shipment should be like opening gifts for your birthday. We wrap your items with loving care, and that includes making them break-proof. We don't normally add insurance fees, but if you'd like us to, just contact us before we ship. We will send you a separate bill for the additional fee.

Our Guarantee

We stand behind our products 100%. If for any reason you are not satisfied with any spa product (not including downloads, premium domain names, or internet products or services) we offer you a 30-day full refund or an item equal to its value. The item must be returned to us, in its barely used state. Contact us for a code, ship us the product along with a note that tells why you were not satisfied. We will send you a replacement item or a full refund minus the shipping and handling fee.

Your Privacy

We respect your privacy and have safeguards in place to protect it. We will never knowingly sell, share, rent or give your information to anyone, unless dictated by law. Our payments are handled by PayPal, which is a safe, encrypted site.

When you order through us, we do add your e-mail address to our Mailing List. We use this list to enable us to contact you regarding important information on your orders. From time to time we may also send out information to you about our products or site. At any time, you may remove yourself from our list. Each e-mail that we send will have opt-out instructions. Or feel free to send us an e-mail and let us know that you'd like to be removed from our List. Just contact us at CustomerService@SharAmbrosia.com

What We Ask of You

Please respect our store as we respect your home. Copyright infringement is something that we take quite seriously. You may not use any of our photos or statements without express written consent. Our logos and trademarks are our own and may never be used as your own.

Please use our products and information with care. Even though our products are 100% natural, they may still cause allergic reactions in some people. We suggest doing a patch test before using any product full-strength. This means, dab a small amount of product in an area such as the inner forearm. After 30 minutes, take note if there is any redness or sensitivity. Our products and statements have not been evaluated by the FDA and should never replace advice from your doctor or healthcare giver.
